2018 Ciel du Cheval Cabernet Sauvignon. Our first vintage working with this fruit, clone 337 (which we are enamored with). Well extracted, classic Red Mountain fruit profile with strong cherry notes. A really superb example of Washington Cabernet. We are so excited for this release.
